The 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep dark garnet color with enticing aromas of dry sage, thyme, black fruits, cocoa and cassis.  On the palate, flavors of Damson plum, blackberry, and ripe raspberry mingle in harmony with the fine-grained tannin structure finishing strong with notes of tobacco, cedar and cassis.

The textural aspect of this Cabernet Sauvignon is black- fruited, flavorful, classic and age-worthy, and the wine possesses a velvety texture, refined tannins, pleasing opulence and a youthful finish. This is a classic from St. Helena that has been revised and updated for the modern palate, yet it shows the refinement and structure that have made such wines famous. While delicious when young, the wine will benefit from additional bottle aging for the next 15-20 years.

The original vines on our property were Sauvignon Blanc. In honor, we proudly produced our third vintage, 2024 Sauvignon Blanc. The clusters were destemmed and gently pressed. Fresh and delicious, the vibrant nose features citrus and mineral aromas. Refreshing on the palate, it shows notes of lemon and grapefruit with a streak of minerality. The wine is medium body with great acidity & long finish.

After more than a decade, Sabina Pinot Noir has returned. Our 2024 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, crafted under the direction of winemaker Alejandro Alfaro, was fermented in small wood tanks with 30% whole clusters and aged 16 months in French oak to preserve purity and balance. Cool-climate fruit brings aromas of wild strawberry, cherry, and rose petal, followed by a silky palate of red currant, pomegranate, subtle spice, and gentle earthiness. Fine tannins and a lingering, elegant finish reflect both the character of the Russian River Valley and the hallmark finesse that defines Sabina wines.
